Determine What You’re Disposing. (below are examples of items we accept and can haul for you)
Solid Waste or Trash. You can put anything you normally throw into your municipal house trash or apartment dumpsters. Furniture, household waste, carpet, food, and typical house garbage.
C&D or Construction & Demolition waste. Shingles, siding, building material, concrete, asphalt.
Always explain to MOD what you are disposing of in the garbage dumpster. We do not want you to overload the dumpster causing it to be unsafe to haul.
What Size Dumpster.
How much waste do you have and what size dumpster do you need.
MOD has several sizes. 10 yard and 15 yard roll off dumpsters, which are perfect for small remodel projects or clean outs.
20 and 30 yard dumpsters are for large projects, we need at least 60’ to deliver 20 & 30 yard dumpsters.
How Long Do You Need The Dumpster.
Determine how long you need the dumpster and when you would like it delivered.
If you need the dumpster delivered at a certain time. MOD suggests that you order the dumpster the day before so it is ready for you and your crew!
Sometimes you can not leave a dumpster on site due to space or street permits. We have solution for you. MOD offers live loads, call us for details!
